Eh! Aurora

The Eh! Aurora app ("the Application") is provided free of charge by Developer ("the Service Provider") on an "as is" basis. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your information when you use our Application.

1. Information Collection and Use

Our Application does not require user registration and does not collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, phone number, or email address).

We may automatically collect non-personal, device-related information to improve app functionality and service quality. This information includes:

• Timestamps, pages visited, and the duration of usage
• Operating system version and device model
• Location data, if you grant permission (see Section 2)
• Notification preferences, language settings, and device push tokens used to deliver alerts

2. Use of Location Data

If you grant location permission, the Application will use your device's geographic location to enable the following features:

• Automatic time zone conversion

• Calculating distances to points of interest

3. Push Notifications

Our Application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications. These notifications are sent using a device identifier (not personal data) and are used solely for delivering important alerts or updates.

You may disable push notifications at any time through your iOS device settings.

4. Third-Party Services

To help improve our app's performance and user experience, we integrate the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics for Firebase (for anonymous usage data analysis)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (for push notification delivery)

These third-party services only receive anonymized data and do not have access to any personally identifiable information.

While the Application primarily provides aurora data and is suitable for users of all ages, it is not specifically designed for children under 13. We do not intentionally collect any personal data from children under 13.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

We store the collected data only as long as necessary to provide the Application's services. If you wish to request the deletion of any data generated during your use of the Application, please contact us at privacy@ehaurora.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Our Application does not engage in cross-site tracking or collect data for third-party advertising. Therefore, no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is necessary.

You have full control over the permissions (such as location and notifications) granted to the Application, and you can revoke these permissions at any time via your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.

We are committed to safeguarding your information. We implement reasonable technical, physical, and administrative security measures—including data encryption in transit—to protect the data we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure.
